學校理事會確保問責制度得以實施，並確保我們的日常運作符合法律要求、規例、標準和社會對廉潔的期望。

學校理事會在維持學校運作正常、制定影響學生及其教育的政策、為學校設定願景和目標，以及要求領導層對結果負責等方面發揮重要作用。
