我們鼓勵社群在可能的情況下使用其家庭和家族語言來擴展學習、培養身份認同感並加強歸屬感。雙語和多語能力是培養國際思維的關鍵。

英語是啓新書院的教學語言。

在國際文憑中學課程（MYP）中，學生必須學習至少兩種語言；在啓新書院，這兩種語言是英語和中文。國際文憑中學課程（MYP）的語言課程建基於學生在國際文憑小學課程（PYP）期間獲得的語言學習經驗。國際文憑中學課程（MYP）的學生在兩個科目組別中學習中文：語言與文學，以及語言習得。
